What we collect
When you use the contact form on our website, we collect the details you enter: your name and email address, and, if you choose to give them, your company name, phone number and message.
If you email or phone us, we collect the details you give us in that conversation.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to prepare quotes and, if you become a client, to deliver and manage our work with you. We don’t sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We only share your personal information when we need to in order to run our business, for example with the providers that host our website and email, or when the law requires us to.
Spam protection
Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to tell people apart from automated spam. reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and how you use the page, and sends it to Google. Its use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Google may process the information it receives through reCAPTCHA and Google Fonts outside Australia.
Cookies
We don’t use analytics or advertising tracking on this website. Google reCAPTCHA may set its own cookies so it can work.
Storage and security
Enquiries sent through our contact form are delivered to us by email and stored as emails on our server. We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or for as long as the law requires.
